Domestic Violence Victim Benefits

Family of a military member convicted or separated for committing abuse may be entitled to monthly compensation or a share of the member’s military retirement.

Domestic Violence Protection

The military responds to domestic violence including protecting a victim with a Military Protective Order and enforcing the Lautenberg Amendment.
